Dave’s team is responsible for identifying, implementing, and sustaining new and innovative access options that expand the reach of the University, support faculty and students in the use of academic technology, and ensure a high-quality educational experience for all students who access WSU through technology.
Dave oversees the Global Campus, Summer Session, Professional Education, and Academic Media Services. He is also responsible for online and external credit program implementation at locations away from the Pullman campus.
Dave is internationally known as an expert in the field of eLearning. He serves on the board of directors for the Online Learning Consortium and has served in volunteer leadership position with several other professional organization focused on distance education.
