Fran is a successful manager whose primary responsibility is to set priorities and deadlines and align resources to meet the obligations of institutional research for the University. She has more than 30 years of experience in higher education.
Fran’s extensive knowledge of finance-, employee-, and student-related data assists the University community in strategic planning and decision-making. Her commitment and focus on working cooperatively with various constituencies, including departments and colleges, optimizes the quality, availability, and flow of relevant data and information throughout WSU.
She also provides institution-wide support for obtaining data and information and performing analyses in response to specific needs.
Fran reports to WSU Provost and Executive Vice President Dan Bernardo.
