Stacy was named the University’s vice president for finance and administration in March 2017 and promoted to chief financial officer for the WSU system in November 2018.
Prior to WSU, Stacy served as the chief financial officer and as associate vice president for finance and administration at Boise State University. Prior to BSU, she was director of internal audit services for the Oregon University System and the Idaho State Board of Education.
Stacy is an active participant and presenter for regional and national higher education professional organizations, including the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), and serves on NACUBO’s Research Universities Council.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in public administration from Boise State University. She is a certified public accountant.
Stacy serves on several boards, including College Spark Washington, the Downtown Pullman Association, the Pullman Regional Hospital, and the Pullman Moscow Regional Airport.
